These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application (the “StorageScan”) provided by the developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
The App is a utility tool designed to analyze photos and videos stored locally on your device. It allows users to:

• Calculate the total number and storage size of photo and video files
• Sort media files by size in descending order
• Manually delete selected files to free up storage space

All processing is performed locally on the user’s device.
2. No Data Collection or Transmission
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, media files, or metadata.
The App does not access the internet and does not communicate with any external servers.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing files before deleting them
• Any loss of data resulting from actions taken within the App

Deleted files cannot be recovered through the App. We strongly recommend ensuring backups exist before deleting any media.
4. Permissions
The App may request access to your photo and video library solely to perform its core functionality. This access is used only for on-device analysis and file management.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or device storage issues resulting from the use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
